D. Robert "Rob" Anderson

Rob is the Owner and President of Anderson-VanHorne Associates, Inc., an independent insurance agency and brokerage, and serves as Vice President of the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction and co-owner of Evolution Financial Advisors Inc. (EFA) alongside Victoria Bach.

 

With 37 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, Rob supports advisors through practice management, business operations, compliance, and supervisory oversight.

Rob began his career in 1982 after graduating from SUNY Alfred with High Scholastic Honors and completing the Aetna Insurance Institute with Blue Ribbon Honors. As the owner of an independent insurance agency, he developed broad expertise in underwriting, risk transfer, and risk management across both commercial and personal accounts. In 1985, he established a financial advisory department within his property and casualty agency, which later grew into an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction in the late 1990s. In November 2013, Rob and Victoria Bach purchased the independent broker-dealer they were affiliated with.

In September 2016, Rob and Victoria took the next step to expand growth opportunities for the advisors they serve by completing an asset purchase agreement with Securities America, Inc., an independent broker-dealer located in La Vista, Nebraska, now Osaic Wealth, Inc., and formed Evolution Financial Advisors Inc. to serve as a Super OSJ for Osaic Wealth, Inc.
